Colour tinted music shots
This little secret portfolio is for my colour tinted versions of various music shots since 2023. The monochrome colour tinting treatment started as a way to distinguish photos of the NU Sessions jams that would occasionally take place north of the Thames from the regular sessions that take place in Deptford. But when I discovered the joys of printing these images on colour tinted photographic paper, my digital colour tinting suddenly became useful for mocking up images that I could create in the darkroom.
Most of the images presented here are digitally colour tinted versions of the scanned BW negatives but any images presented with a solid colour border are scans of photographic prints on colour tinted paper, made by hand in the darkroom.
